I
think my dad is the BRAVEST
because he is in the army and I don’t think he is afraid
of anything. He does a great job serving his country, but he does
it bravely. He leaves with a smile on his face and a little tear
in his eye because he will miss us all. But he knows he is doing
good so he stands tall and does it. – Adrieana,

I love my dad to death
and I think my dad is the bravest dad in the world because he
is a police officer. He is taking a chance of injuring or hurting
himself each and everyday. That sure takes a lot of guts. I know
I couldn't do that. I really love my dad though. He spends a lot
of time with me and my brother and he is very helpful. Whether
it’s advice or perspiration we need he is always there.
He is also very supportive and has lead me through a unforgettable
path. I will soon be going off to college and I will know it will
be because of my daddy who has helped me through a lot. Dad, this
is for you and I want to let you know that know matter what I
will always be your little girl. – Katie, 14, California
Once, I was at the beach
when I was four with my dad. I was in the water and he kept saying,
"Don't go too far." And I kept saying "OK."
Then all of a sudden, a wave whooshed me away into the water.
I started to lose my breath, and my dad jumped in (clothes and
all!) and saved me! If he hadn't gone in after me, I wouldn't
be here today. – AnnaMaria, 10, Virginia (PenPal
