All you need is a printer, scissors, paper punch, and ribbon.

Step 1: Print out the coupon page.

Step 2: Cut out the coupons following the lines.

Step 3: Trim the edges so all the pages are the same size.

Step 4: Use the paper punch to put two holes on the left side of the book.

Step 5: String the ribbon through the holes and tie into a nice bow.
