Your Letters -- Your Voice!

Here's a new batch of letters on Ponytailers and some answers back from Sarah Byam, the writer of Ponytailers.

Hey,this is me kesha.

I just wanted to tell you that i missed a lot of chapters
because I wasn't on the computer because I was lastly on the seventh
chapter. And it's already on the thirteenth chapter!well Mari Gold is getting
meaner because she thinks that Caitlin is jealous.Well,I still won't like
Mari Gold anymore.
Well goodbye!

Kesha

Dear Kesha,

Great to hear from you again. Ok, so Mari Gold isn't quiet your cup of tea
yet. Well -- some people never learn -- or do they? What's it going to take
to set her straight? Stay tuned...

Yours between keystrokes,
Sarah

Hi Sarah,
Do you have any other online comics that I could read?

I just read Chapter 6 of Ponytailers.

Robby

Dear Robby,

Unfortunately, no, I don't have any other online comics you could read as
yet. My husband and I are writing a children's novel, however, which is an
adventure story for girls your age. Stay in touch and I'll let you know when
it's ready for print.

Writing furiously,

Sarah

PS We hope to keep you in Pony Tailers for some time to come.

Hi,

The Art is great and I'm following the story.

I'm a 51 year old father.

Dear Comely,

Thank you so much. We rarely hear from fathers, and it is nice to know that
our work is appreciated by parents. Ric Estrada is a father of eight and
strives to make the work worthy of our audience, as do I. Thanks for the
support.

Sarah

Dear creator,

I love the comic, but being an equine rider myself, I know the importance of
a helmet. I've noticed these girls don't wear helmets alot. Don't you think
your sending the wrong message if you don't have helmets on these girls.
Having no helmet on is very dangerous. You can die without one. Or without
having an approved helmet.

Sincerely,

Samantha

Dear Samantha,

Oops! Well, when I rode horses -- and bikes for that matter -- kids didn't
wear helmets. So I never thought of it. I'm going to have to go back and do
my home work. Unfortunately, much of the story has already been drawn in
advance. But I will try to see to it that the stories that aren't already
drawn will include helmets where its appropriate.

Sincerely,

Sarah

Hi!

I am a reader of your comic. I like it, especially cuz I love horses.
But I have a request. If it's possible, could you add some color?

Thanx

Sehee

Dear Sehee,

Well, I don't know about adding color. We would like to, but we would have
to have commerical sponsorship to pay the colorist to do the work. If we get
enough people turned on to what a great story Pony Tailers is, that might
just be possible.

Thanks for the suggestion,

Sincerely,

Sarah

Would you like to ask Sarah a question? Or Ric Estrada, the artist who draws Ponytailers? Or how about just letting us know what you think of Ponytailers?

Send us a message and sound off!

Special thanks to the cool site that provided the set up for our galloping horse!
