Happy Days are here again! It's the 1950's here in the AGW Kitchen! The girl gourmets at "Club Girl" have been testing recipes, decorating cookies and making plans for a tasty Father's Day! So, ask your Dad to put on his letterman sweater, get a copy of the movie "Grease" and enjoy this dessert treat!

Fad Food Fun

Electric appliances like the blender and mixer gave food a whole new twist in the 50's. That's why chips had to be dipped in swirled dips, potato salad had whipped dressing, fruit coolers were always blended and sour cream dressing on meat was so popular! The popcorn party mix was in. So, here's our Mother's Day blast from the past...

Sock Hop's Movie Popcorn Treat

Ingredients

• A four ounce package of microwave popcorn, popped (eight cups)
• Two-three cups of flavored mini-marshmallows
• 1 cup peanuts
• 1 cup raisins
• Hershey's Caramel Syrup (or Chocolate)

How to Fix It

• Get a big bowl
• Throw everything into it except the syrup
• Mix thoroughly
• Drizzle Hershey's Caramel Syrup (or Chocolate) across the top
• Serve. Yum!
