Princess Strawberries

What you need!

• strawberries
• sugar
• whipped cream
• orange juice
• a big bowl

How to make it!

• 1.Wash, and put the strawberries in orange juice, let them stay there for 2 hours
• 2.Put the strawberries in a bowl and put sugar on top
• 3.Put the bowl with the strawberries and sugar in the freezer
• 4.Keep it in the freezer for 1 hour
• 5.Take them out and dip them in whipped cream
• 6.Now eat! Yum!

Passionfruit Smoothie
From Ashlee C., 9, NSW Australia

What you need!

• 5 Passionfruits
• 1 tub of vanilla ice-cream
• pieces of mint and a few strawberries
• Chocolate Topping
• 1 large wooden spoon
• Ice Cream scoop
• Blender
• Cups (To put smoothie in.)
• Straws

How to make it!

• Put Passionfruits in blender.
• Then scoop enough ice-cream into the blender, to make half the blender full.
• Then pour half a cup in.
• Switch the blender on.
• Occasionally stop the blender and stir.
• When the mixture is nice and smooth, pour into cups.
• Serve with a straw, 1 piece of mint on top and put 1 strawberry.
• You can put chocolate topping on it too!
• Now drink and enjoy!

Magic Cookies:

What you need!

• 1-1/2 cups of flour
• 2/3 cup of soft shortening
• 1 Tsp baking powder
• 1 egg (unbeaten)
• 1/2 Tsp salt
• 1 Tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1-12 ounce package of Chocolate Chips (melted)
• A large bowl
• A beater or mixer
• A greased cookie sheet
• A glass

How to make it!

• In a in large bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, salt, and granulated sugar.
• Add brown sugar, shortening, egg, and vanilla.
• Beat until smooth (about 2 minutes).
• Blend in rolled oats. (Dough will be quite stiff).
• Form dough into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
• Flatten with bottom of a glass.
• Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes.
• Spread melted chocolate chips on baked cookie.

Shodie's Super Snack

What you need!

• A bowl
• A spoon
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp non fat milk (dry)
• 1 tbsp oatmeal

How to make it!

• Put all of the ingredients in your bowl.
• Stir until all of it is mixed together.
• Then eat!

Mars Bars Slices

What you need!

• 2 60 gram Mars Bars
• 75 grams unsalted butter
• 1 tablespoon golden syrup (Karo syrup)
• 3 cups Rice Bubbles (Rice Krispies)
• 185 grams dark cooking chocolate
  
  

How to make it!

• Place chopped Mars Bars, golden syrup and butter in a bowl.
• Melt in microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
• Take out, stir in rice bubbles.
• Tip onto greased lamigton tin (teflon cooking sheet)
• Melt chocolate and place on top.
• Refridgerate until set.

Quick and Easy Mud Pie

What you need!

• 4 pudding cups of pre-made vanilla pudding
• 4 pudding cups of pre-made chocolate pudding
• 1 cup of crushed pecans
• whipped cream
• A pie pan
• A big spoon

How to make it!

• Pour the vanilla pudding in a pan and smooth it.
• Pour the chocolate pudding on top of the vanilla pudding and smooth it.
• Top with whipped cream
• Sprinkle the pecans on the whipped cream.
• Then serve and enjoy.
