Get Crafty for Halloween

Dear AGW:

My favorite Halloween craft is making Halloween cards.Sometmes I even make decorations like paper spiders, ghosts and witches. It's lots of fun!

Sounds very cool!! Here are some of the ideas AGW members sent in on how to do some Halloween crafts of your own!

Halloween Tissue Fun!

• First you get some tissues.
  
  
• Then you make one tissue into a ball.
  
  
• After that you put another tissue over the tissue that looks like a ball.
  
  
• Then you tape it a little bit on the ball for the neck.
  
  
• Then you make eyes and a mouth on the ball.

Spider Craft

• Take the half of the styrofoam ball and paint it black. Let it dry.
  
  
• Paint a face on it with the white paint, but don't make it to big.
  
  
• Cut all the pipe cleaners in half. Stick them in the styrofoam (as legs!).

Lollipop Ghosts

• Take the lollipop and the white cloth. Put the cloth over the lollipop so it covers the wraper.
  
  
• Take the white ribbon and tie it tight under the wraper part.
  
  
• Use the black marker and draw on a face.

Halloween Quiz Cards

• Write these questions (or funny/spooky ones of your own!) on one side of the card.
  
  
• Put the answer choices on the opposite side.
  
  

  Quiz Ideas

  1. If you approach a haunted house what would you do?
     
     a)scream and run away.......
     b)go exploring......
     c)Run inside from the rain.......
     
     
     
  2. If you see a walking skeleton what would you do?
     
     a)watch it with fasination......
     b)scream and run away......
     c)run away but dont scream, in case it will hear you.......
     d)creep into a dark closet so it won't notice you......
     
     
     
  3. If you saw a ghost would you...
     
     a)decide to become a ghost chaser.......
     b)run away......
     c)call out "Hey, ghost, how long have you been dead? 100 yrs?"...then run.........
     
     
  4. If you ran outside the haunted house and stumbled into a grave yard would you...
     
     a)use a spell you learnt to raise the dead...........
     b)run back inside the haunted house to an angry mob of skeletons and ghost ready to turn your heart out............
     c) run out of the grave yard to your home.........
     

  
  
  

  Decorate the cards with crayons or stickers.
  
  

  Pass out the cards (with candy) on Halloween or at your Halloween party.
