String Structure

Thanks to Maria, 10 for the Quick Craft
and our "Quick Craft" Editor, Danielle, 10, Missouri

Ingredients:

You Will Need:

  • A Balloon
  • A lot of String
  • Some Glue
  • Food Coloring or Glitter

How to Do It

First blow- up a balloon and knot it. Then pour glue into a plastic bowl or paper plate and dip some string into the glue. You can also try putting a few drops of food coloring or glitter into the glue to make it a tint of a different color.

Next wrap the string around the balloon in whatever pattern you want. After that, tie a string around the end of the balloon and hang it to dry for a few days. When it's dry, pop the balloon and take out all the pieces. And there you have it! Your great String Structure!
