 www.agirlsworld.com (AGW) is an interactive website with classes, programs and materials written and designed for girls, by girls that encourage and empower teens and tweens (7-17 years old) to be active and independent members of their community.

What Our Purpose Is:

Our goal is to inspire and educate girls across the world by:

  • Encouraging girl’s interest in free enterprise through educational opportunities such as our online Babysitting Certificate Class
  • Focusing attention on a girl’s need for economic and business acumen
  • Assuring girls that they can “make a difference” in their communities through volunteer activities
  • Inspiring girls to be creative and self-motivating
  • Encouraging girls to finish high school and pursue higher education

What It Offers:

AGW is an interactive online magazine created by girls, for girls, which includes the following:

  • International Penpal Club
  • Babysitting Certificate Class
  • Advice books edited by AGW Girlcrew
  • Peer written features and movie reviews
  • Daily diary section
  • Weekly advice columns
  • Contests
  • Fun quizzes and poems submitted from girls all around the world
  • Crafts and recipes

AGW is comprised of girls from all around the world totaling up to the following:

  • 6 million hits a month
  • 225,000 unique visitors
  • content written by tween and teen contributors
  • thousands of girls from all over the world making friends with one another in our Circle of Friends Penpal Club
