AGW'S HOLLYWOOD REVIEW CREW PRESENTS
102 Dalmations

El Capitan Theater Christina.b, 13, of California, one of our "Hollywood Preview Crew", got to go to a screening of a new film! She and younger sister Marisa and their family went to a special Disney party as well. Here are Christina's review and Marisa's report on the exclusive party! Start counting 102 DALMATIONS.

When we arrived at the El Capitan Theatre in Los Angeles, Ca., we walked along a spotted carpet to the main entrance. There, we were given vouchers for free soda, popcorn and hot dogs. We went to our seats and anxiously awaited the movie.

102 DALMATIONS is about an animal shelter named Second Chance that runs out of money for rent. The animals and Kevin, the nice guy who runs it, get kicked out of their building.

Cruella Meanwhile, Cruella de Vil, is released from jail, where she was serving time for puppy snatching. Cruella's probation officer, Chloe is horrified to find she's in charge of Ms. De Vil. Chloe owns Dipstick, the offspring of Pongo and Perdita from the "101 Dalmatians" movie. Chloe's dalmations had a litter of puppies, one of whom is a spotless puppy named Oddball.

Cruella, seems to be a new woman after her stay in prison. Being the transformed person she is, Cruella saves the Second Chance dog shelter. She buys it and makes it into an animal palace complete with beauty salon. But, has Cruella really changed? She goes back to her evil old ways again and hooks up with a French fashion designer to hatch a plan for the ultimate fur coat... made of Dalmatian fur. They set out to steal all the puppies they can find including Chloe's new pups.

Do they succeed and make their fantasy fur or do the puppies get away? To find out, you must go see 102 Dalmatians today. There's a funny bird in the shelter named Waddlesworth who thinks he's a dog. He becomes a big part of all the adventures.

This is a really fun movie. Cruella's costumes are wild and colorful and the dogs are adorable. Great fun for your whole family.

THE DOGHOUSE PARTY
By Marisa b., 7, California.

After we saw the movie, we went next door to the doghouse. Everything inside was black and white spotted. The first room was full of games. There was a basketball game, puppy races, skee ball and lots of others. We played them all. The next room had the real puppies running around playing. They were behind a glass wall so we couldn't touch them. They didn't want a bunch of people to handle them all day. They were so cute and there were more games to play in there. Then we went upstairs where there was so much to do. There was a giant moonbounce that had black and white spots on it. It was so big, my Dad could even go in with me.
Next, we got to be in a fashion show. There were lots of fancy clothes and fur coats to put on. We got to go down a runway (just like the big fashion shows do) and get our pictures taken. In the next room we drew lots of puppy pictures. We played tic-tac-toe and played video games. Then we went downstairs and had Krispy Kreme doughnuts and punch. We had so much fun. On the way out they gave us a 102 Dalmatians baseball hat. I'll never forget my day at the doghouse. P.S. If you can get to Hollywood, you should go see the doghouse yourself.
