AGW'S HOLLYWOOD REVIEW CREW PRESENTS
Renee, 13 of California, one of our "Hollywood Preview
Crew", got to screen a new film! Here are Renee's thoughts on
CHICKEN RUN
In CHICKEN RUN Ginger and her chicken friends want to
escape from Tweedy’s English egg farm, so they look to Rocky, the flying
American rooster for help. They hope he can teach them to fly over the fence and
escape the chicken prison before they’re all Sunday dinner!
Mac is my
favorite character. She was the smart one making all the calculations. I really
liked the glasses she wore. My favorite scene was one where all the chickens
were fighting and Ginger had an inspiration. I don’t know why but it seemed like
the chickens had a new hope when that happened. The film became most exciting
when the chickens began training for their flying escape.
I think that all ages would like this movie.
It’s funny, romantic, action-adventure and a little drama. I love the
clay-mation (the method used to make the clay figure "actors" move). The people
that did this movie did the hit series Wallace and Gromit. I would recommend
you see that, too or buy or rent the video tapes. I would say Chicken Run gets
5 stars; it’s great!
CHICKEN RUN In Theaters! This movie is rated "G"
