My Boyfriend Is My Best Friend's Ex!

About a month ago, I got a new boyfriend. He's really cute and nice. But, the problem is, he's my best friend's ex. I hang out with a huge group of people. Since she is jealous, she doesn't want to be my friend anymore! Then she goes and starts rumors about me and Sean. So now most of the people I hang out with, because they also like him, aren't talking to him or me! I have tried talking to them, and again. What should I do? - Meagen, 11, North Carolina

"Hey, Meagen!'" Well, at the age of 11 you're going to have plenty of time to date "seriously," so don't rush into anything!

If I were you, I'd stick with my group of friends, and include Sean, too, as a friend. Your pals will think it's soooo cool that he's hanging out with them, as well! And if you become just good friends with Sean, your best friend will have no reason to get mad at you!
