Does He...Or Doesn't He?!

Ok, there is this boy and he is always flirting with me. When his best friend sat next to me in language class, he always came over and talked to him and me. When his friend was moved to a different table the boy stayed right next to me. When the teacher finally realized that he wasn't in his right seat, she made him move and he was really upset. He is always pulling my hair when he walks by. Then I told my friend that I liked him and she told him. He acted real mean to me for a long time, until I lied to him and told him I didn't like him any more. Then he started it all over again! Now all I can think about is him. Ok well from my point of veiw is you really like this guy. If I were in your postion I would go up to him have a little talk to him and then ask him out. If a guy takes to long to ask you out don't waste either of your time just ask him! If he pulls your hair and things of that sort that is total flirting so its obvious he likes you to so GO 4 THE GOLD!
