This Week On What's Hot/What's Not

Hi and welcome to Gret's Shopping Trip here on "What's Hot, What's
Not. I live in Mississippi, USA. On this trip, I found myself spending
much of my time in Gap and Old Navy. I tried on some Gap shorts and
they were great! VERY COMFY! The BOY-FIT SHORTS ($29.50 U.S. dollars)
have a new take on Gap's original jean shorts.
I also tried on a sleek pair of STRETCH POPLIN CAPRI PANTS ($44.00) that
looked good, but it's definitely not something you would wear every
day. I steered toward the tops and grabbed a SUMMER STRETCH SHELL
($16.50) and tried it on and LOVED IT! It comes in every imaginable
color, so I got 4 of 'em! They're perfect for those lazy days when you
just want to be comfortable. I also tried the new FOURTH OF JULY TANK
TOP ($16.50). It was cute and perfect to wear with jeans and
khakis.
Then, it was on to Old Navy. What I like most about Old Navy is
that it's cheaper and the atmosphere is light and fun. I spent a lot of
time here and it really paid off. I
tried on only one pair of shorts...FOURTH OF JULY BOARD SHORTS($14.50)
were comfy and they matched the new FLAG SHIRTS (the low price of 5
dollars!). I moved on to the tanks and tops...I tried on the CACTUS
TANK ($6.99) & a RIBBED
TANK ($8.50). They both fit great and were incredibly low-priced. I
also bought the
CONTRAST-TRIM BIKINI TOP AND BOTTOMS (both $9.50). The swimsuit is
great but it kind of sucked to have to buy them separately! (Editor's
note: If you don't have a balanced figure (like you're bigger on top
than bottom or vise-versa) this buying a two -piece as separates is
great! You can also check outlet stores or "seconds" stores in your
area for less expensive prices on Old Navy and Gap clothes).

FACE AND MAKEUP. I tried a few new products this week and was very
pleased with the outcomes. NEUTROGENA OIL-FREE SUNBLOCK LOTION SPF 30
worked great after a long day in the sun and I was burn free! When I
got home from the beach, I used NEUTROGENA NORWEGIAN FORMULA BODY
MOISTURIZER and it worked wonders on my dry skin, especially my elbows
and knees. It's also a new product from Neutrogena. The newest body
wash in my shower is OLAY DAILY RENEWAL BODY WASH. So far, I have been
slightly impressed, but it isn't as good as its regular SKIN CARE BARS.
I have also started using a many
new products since I took the beauty quiz at Oil of Olay's site. One of
them being OLAY SENSITIVE SKIN FOAMING FACE WASH...and I HIGHLY
recommend it to gals with sensitive skin, like ME!

caring for your skin. You can also order free samples! (OH YEAH!)

Oil of Olay...but if you like Oil of Olay...it’s a great way to find out
what you need!
Neutrogena this is the GOOD STUFF--A new quiz offers a chance to get your "SUN IQ". This lets you have an idea of how "sun smart" you are...--THE BAD STUFF-- NOTHING! It just lets you know what you know and don't know...it helps you understand how to keep your skin safe this summer.
The Gap. --THE GOOD STUFF--Gap's site has a special help section to help you find your size in their pants! This is for all those Web shoppers that would rather order than try-on. --THE BAD STUFF--Nothing...
Old Navy. THE GOOD STUFF-- There's SOOO much to do at oldnavy.com!!! It's like a fun site...but with shopping! You can enter to win a sweepstakes...You can download a tour of a Virtual Zoo...There is a section where you can send in a photo and win $100 Old Navy giftcard...See the new Old Navy commercial...PLUS! There's a section of games, screen savers and wallpaper for your computer! LOTSA FUN!--THE BAD STUFF--What can you find that's bad about that???
